An Adelaide Hills winery is expanding interstate, with a major new venue set to open in Tasmania.
Family-owned brand Bird In Hand will launch a restaurant, tasting room and kiosk at the Botanical Gardens in Hobart, with a focus on weddings and bespoke events.
They already operate a venue at Waterton Hall, 40 minutes away from Launceston.

The new venture will closely replicate the offerings present in Woodside with their LVN restaurant, following on from nearly 30 years of food and wine in the Adelaide Hills.
The venue is expected to open by the middle of this year.
