Veterans Photographic Exhibition, VH RSL 17 & 18 SEP 2024

Showcasing career imagery and accompanying stories from Australian veterans, this exhibition provides a rare glimpse into the life and experiences of fellow Australians who have served their country. The purpose of the Point & Shoot exhibition is not to display perfectly captured photos from professional photographers. But rather, to share some of those moments frozen in time that those who serve our nation thought were worth remembering across a range of peace and wartime operations. The stories and acts of bravery and courage that are often recounted in military history do not happen in isolation. It is the sacrifices of the many that allow the stories of the few to be told. Point and Shoot provides a platform for all Australian veterans to share their unique stories through the creative lens of photography. Veterans, Current and ex Service Men and Women and families, as well as the General Public are most Welcome to Attend.
