Two men have been arrested following a road rage incident at Meadows.
About 3.20pm on Monday 9 March police received a report of a road rage incident on Battunga Road.
The offending vehicle a Toyota Hilux was reportedly tail gating and overtaking vehicles.
The passenger of the vehicle allegedly waved what appeared to be a firearm at passing vehicles.
Police attend the area locating the driver and passenger on Black Nursery Road, Kuitpo who were in possession of a gel blaster.
Two men from Mount Barker, aged 21 and 22, were arrested and have been charged with possession of firearm without a licence and assault.
The pair have been bailed to attend the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 4 May. Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 and quote 65089.
Police advise that if you have a gel blaster, you have a firearm.
Gel blasters are subject to the same licensing, registration and security conditions as other firearms.
