We have less than a month to get our local communities over the line as part of the 2025 Ag Town of the Year award, with public voting now open.

32 towns across the Murraylands, Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu are part of the 97-strong list, the most nominated since its inception in 2019.

Mypolonga was our most recent winner, claiming the crown in 2022.

Primary Industries Minister Clare Scriven says it’s a great way to highlight the best of each town.

“Ag Town of the Year is always a really good award, but I think this year, given their nearly all of the state is in drought, it’s even more important to be able to focus on the future and how resilient people are,” Scriven said.

“It’s important to recognise the sorts of things that have gone well and the strength of farming communities despite what are obviously huge challenges at the moment.”

Voting closes June 20th; to take part click here.
