A man is in hospital with life threatening injuries after an incident at Murray Bridge.
Shortly before 12pm yesterday, Tuesday 6 May, police and emergency services were called to Neumann Avenue in relation to an assault.
Upon arrival police located a 34-year-old local man who had an injury to the back of his head. He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Local forensic officers attended the scene and conducted an examination.
Murray Mallee Detectives are investigating the incident.
