An 11-year-old girl has died following a two-car crash at Moana on Tuesday evening.
Emergency services were called to Commercial Road about 6.45pm after a Subaru station wagon and Nissan sedan collided.
The girl, from Christie Downs, was a passenger in the Nissan and died at the scene.
The Nissan driver, a 35-year-old Christie Downs woman, was taken to hospital in a serious condition.
The 37-year-old Seaford Meadows man driving the Subaru was treated for minor injuries and has since been discharged.
Major Crash officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
