A jam-packed Saturday of local footy didn’t disappoint, with all four leagues in our regions remaining unpredictable. Catch up on all the latest results here:
HILLS FOOTBALL LEAGUE (Division One results here, Country Division results here)
Hahndorf have hit back in their recent rivalry with Nairne Bremer, controlling their Division One Hills Footy League grand final rematch from start to finish to win by 35 on Saturday.
After the Rams smashed the Pies earlier in the season, Hahndorf returned the favour thanks to big games from Ben Salt and Zabien Parker-Boers, further condensing the top four in the process.
Elsewhere, Lobethal claimed an important 23-point win over Uraidla Districts and Mount Lofty survived a huge scare with a 5-point win over Mount Barker.
Over in the Country Division, the gap between the top four and the bottom four is now three games after all the leading sides (Kersbrook, Macclesfield, Echunga, Kangarilla) claimed wins on Saturday.
GREAT SOUTHERN FOOTBALL LEAGUE (full results here)
Willunga’s impressive 2025 continued on Saturday with a 31-point win over fellow top-four aspirant Encounter Bay, as part of Round 10 in the Great Southern Footy League.
The Demons kicked 6 goals to 1 in the last quarter to surge home, with Daniel Nobes kicking 5 to lead all scorers, helping Willunga to their sixth straight win.
In other matches, McLaren Districts beat Myponga-Sellicks by 21 to hold their place in third and Strathalbyn won their first game of the season in a 1-point thriller against Yankalilla.
RIVER MURRAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE (full results here)
The race for fourth and fifth spot in the River Murray Footy League is wide open, with Round 10 bringing four teams within a game of each other.
Mannum missed a chance to move clear after Rambler smashing them by 46 points, and Southern Mallee fell just short of a win against Jervois, leaving Tailem Bend to draw level with both of those sides after a 73-point win over Mallee Districts.
Elsewhere, the grand final rematch reflected where the two teams are at in 2025, with Coorong smashing Mypolonga by 94.
