A 25-year-old man has died after an early morning motorcycle crash on the South Eastern Freeway.
Police and emergency services were called to the city-bound lanes just past the Crafers off-ramp around 4am, after reports of a single vehicle incident.
The man from Henley Beach South died at the scene.
All city-bound lanes were closed at Crafers, with motorists being diverted at Stirling and Waverly Ridge Road.
The freeway was re-opened just after 8am.
It’s the 3rd life lost on SA roads this year, following a total of 87 in 2025.
Police are calling on anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
