Family Injured in Verdun Crash

Four children from the same family have been taken to hospital after a crash at Verdun in the Adelaide Hills.

Just after 4pm on Tuesday 1 August, their Honda sedan was travelling along Onkaparinga Valley Road, Verdun when it took a corner too wide and collided with a tree.

The 18-year-old male driver and his three siblings, a 16-year-old boy, a 14-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, were all taken to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital for treatment.

The younger two remain in hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The car was towed from the scene.

Investigations into the crash are continuing.
