A 42-year-old man from Hackham West has been arrested and charged following a fatal crash last night on Kangaroo Island.
About 11.30pm, police and emergency services were called to a single vehicle rollover on Cape Willoughby Road in Cuttlefish Bay.
The two passengers involved, a 55-year-old man from Woodcroft and a 26-year-old man from the UK, died at the scene.
Following investigations from Major Crash officers, the driver has since been charged with two counts of cause death by careless use of a motor vehicle.
He has been bailed to appear in the Kingscote Magistrates Court in mid-November.
