The state’s so-called ‘Bicycle Bandit’ will be sentenced next week after pleading guilty to ten counts of aggravated robbery.
Former police officer Kym Allen Parsons carried out armed hold-ups at banks between 2004 and 2014, including in Mannum, Lobethal, Mount Pleasant and Yankalilla.
Victims have told the court of the lingering impacts of his crimes.
