Emmetts Murray Bridge are hosting their 2nd Annual Trade-A-Toy Day to support Local Kids
Emmetts Murray Bridge is calling on local families to dust off their old toys and bring them in for a great cause at the 2nd Annual Trade-A-Toy Day on Saturday, 12 April, from 10 am to 3 pm at 110-118 Adelaide Road, Murray Bridge.
This unique community event allows kids to trade in their old toys—no matter the condition or type—for an exclusive deal on a brand-new John Deere toy. The Emmetts sales team will assess each toy and negotiate a trade-in offer, making for a fun, hands-on experience that introduces children to the concept of value and trade.
But the real magic happens after the trade. Emmetts will refurbish the donated toys and distribute them to local kindergartens and childcare centres. Last year’s event saw more than 150 toys given new life at Fraser Park Kindergarten and Murray Bridge Community Children’s Centre, bringing joy to children, teachers, and parents alike. This year, Emmetts is aiming to double that number, expanding donations to three local organisations.
