Mums & Bubs Pilates

Mums & Bubs Pilates is suitable for all mums 6 weeks post-partum (cleared to exercise). 

We work on breathing, core and abdominal separation, pelvic floor, and whole body toning and stretching. It is a great stepping stone to get back in to exercising, and something you can do with baby in tow.

Amanda, your instructor, is an expert PT in Women’s Fitness including pregnancy and postnatal. 

We offer a free Come & Try Class to meet Amanda, chat about your body, and try out the class with our other participating mums and bubs.
