FAME Jr – A musical presented by Encounter Lutheran College

Students from Encounter Lutheran College (Victor Harbor) are stepping into the spotlight this August as they present Fame Jr, a high-energy musical about dreams, drive, and the journey to success in the performing arts.

The show will be performed at the Victor Harbor Town Hall, 12 Coral Street, on the following dates:

• Wednesday 13 August, 7:00pm
• Thursday 14 August, 1:00pm (Matinee)
• Thursday 14 August, 7:00pm

With a cast of approximately 40 students from Years 7 to 12, along with half a dozen staff and dedicated volunteers, the production has been in rehearsal since March and promises an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages.

Set in New York City’s prestigious High School for the Performing Arts, Fame Jr follows the lives of talented teens as they face the challenges of auditions, academics, ambition, and adolescence. The story blends powerful musical numbers with heartfelt moments and fast-paced choreography, exploring what it truly means to chase your dreams.

• Adults: $20
• Concession: $15 (includes all school-aged children, pensioners, and concession card holders)
• Preschool-aged children: No charge if seated on a parent/guardian’s lap (no seat allocation)
