Mannum is now the last undefeated team in the Murray Towns Cricket Association, after they beat the Wanderers by four wickets in a tense top-of-the-table blockbuster on Saturday.
After waiting 14 rounds for a full match between the league’s two best teams, the Kookaburras emerged victorious in a low-scoring arm wrestle, as they chased down 135 in 35 overs.
Elsewhere, Monarto won a pseudo-elimination final against Tailem Bend to move clear in the fifth finals spot, while Mypolonga and the Ramblers both won after batting first.

Alexandra and Eastern Hills pacesetters Lobethal have now lost two on the trot, after fellow finals contender Nairne cruised past them in Round 15 play on Saturday.
The Tigers have been riding high after claiming Twenty20 titles in both grades as of late, however they are now back with the pack in the one-day action after Nairne beat them by eight wickets following half centuries from Thomas Fiebiger and Luke Timmins.
There was drama elsewhere as the top four was effectively locked into place, after Bremer Callington lost to Woodside and Wistow were unable to beat Langhorne Creek.

Noarlunga are in the box seat of their Great Southern top four clash against Port Elliot, after a Cam Bullard masterclass helped the Shoes compile a massive score on Day 1.
Bullard hit 19 boundaries and a six on his way to 133, with Noarlunga making 8/335 in their 70 overs.
McLaren Districts also batted well in their vital match against Mount Compass, posting 6/262 thanks to half centuries from Dan Petrucci and George Beard, while Goolwa are 2/26 in reply to Yankalilla’s 134.
