Police allege the incident occurred around 1:20pm on Sunday, with a 45-year-old man entering through an unlocked front door on Jarvis Avenue and taking numerous items while the occupants were in the backyard.
A stolen mobile phone with GPS tracking enabled led the police to Hume Reserve, where the man was caught and all items were recovered.
