Newton Faulkner shot to fame with the catchy, soaring, guitar based number 'Dream Catch Me' back in 2007. His debut studio album Hand Built by Robots reached number 1 in his home country and spent 32 weeks in the Aussie charts.
Since then, Newton has built a loyal following releasing multiple albums, toured the world, gne independent and starred in American Idiot - the Greenday musical in London's West End.
Kristel and Damon caught up with the super talented and all round nice guy, Newton at one of Adelaide's favourite venues, The Governor Hindmarsh, where they chatted about Shakespeare, raising awareness for fellow Newton's and the most embarrassing stuff on his playlist before witnessing the magic of the man in action, doing what he does best, playing a couple of tunes...
