A Murray Bridge woman involved in a fatal crash in Victoria is due to face court later this month on drug charges.
The 22-year-old was a passenger in a B-double truck that was involved in a crash on Thursday 11 July in Horsham which killed a bus driver and injured nine passengers.
Police allege they found 3.5 grams of methamphetamine (Ice) in the woman’s backpack following the crash. She has been charged with drug possession, use and trafficking and has been refused bail until her July 29 court date.
No charges have been laid against the truck driver, a 36 year old Murray Bridge man.
