South Australia's road toll is 36 following the death of three elderly men in separate crashes on Friday 13 April 2019.
An 86-year-old Murraylands man died after his car collided with a truck on the Karoonda Hwy, around 1.20pm that afternoon.
His car flipped onto its roof off the road while the truck rolled. The male truck driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
About 50 minutes earlier, an 83 year old Torrensville man died after his car struck a Stobie pole in Mitchell Park.
In a third fatal crash, a 90-year-old Port Augusta man died when his car hit a pole at a Port Augusta business car park about 3.10pm.
The toll of 36 compares with 20 this time last year.
