A mobile service centre is winding its way through the South East this week so that locals can access centrelink and medicare assistance as well as child support.
A social worker will accompany service staff to offer short-term counselling and referrals and a Farm Household Case Officer will be able to answer questions about Farm Household Allowance.
‘Desert Rose’ will visit Meningie from 9.30am to 4pm on Tuesday 12 February 2019, near Lions Jubilee Park. At the same time on Wednesday 13 February, it will visit Coonalpyn, opposite the bakery on Dukes Highway.
