The weather bureau is predicting strong and squally winds with gusts of up to 90km an hour, an increase in showers with possible isolated thunderstorms and possibly local heavy falls.

The front will move across the lower half of South Australia throughout the day hitting the Southern Fleurieu, Adelaide Hills and Murraylands later in the afternoon.
