A man from the Adelaide Hills has been arrested and charged with disorderly behaviour and assault following two separate incidents last month.

It is alleged the man sat down next to a 17-year-old girl on a bus around 4pm Friday 29 May, acted in a disorderly manner and would not leave her alone, despite her attempts to get away from him.

An hour later, a man matching his description allegedly followed a 47-year-old woman off the same bus in Mount Barker and grabbed her arm before she broke free and took off.

Following investigations, police arrested a 41-year-old man from Mylor on 11 May.

Mount Barker Police are continuing their enquiries as reports of inappropriate behaviour, by a person fitting his description, may have occurred in the vicinity of UniSA City East Campus at the end of April.
