The Murray Bridge Agricultural Show is coming to the region this Spring.
The Saturday September 25th event at the Murray Bridge Showgrounds will showcase cows, pigeons, poultry, sheep and horses, along with a mini goat section for the first time.
There will be crafts, cookery, art, rides, showbags, racing lawnmowers, a ute uster, motorbikes, speedway and classic cars on display as well as a grand parade with a team of skydivers in the middle of the oval.
Organisers are trialling a new concept this year, an Autism Friendly hour from 9-10am. They will tone down the noise and lights across the entire showground to reduce stimulation for families with members who prefer quieter environments. This might be a chance for families to check out the pavilion, trade, machinery before it gets busy and then head over to the animal exhibits later in the day.
Showgoers will be entertained by the Murray Bridge Childrens Choir, Tyndale Christian School, Murray Bridge Community Concert Band, The Power of Dance and Barney Rebel. In a major win for the region the Award winning Deadly Nanas are coming as well.
Early bird tickets are available at IGAs on Swanport Rd and Adelaide Rd.
