People in Murray Bridge will have better network coverage with the rollout of 5G.
Recent work on the National upgrade means residents and visitors with 5G enabled handsets will have better speed and capacity around some parts of the Rural City, with the rest to be fully rolled out this year.
The town joins Tailem Bend, Goolwa, Port Elliot, Mt Barker, Lobethal, Echunga, parts of Macclesfield, Bridgewater, Crafers and Stirling, and a large part of metro Adelaide in getting the upgrade from 4G.
Extensive safety testing has been conducted on the electromagnetic energy with levels well below required safety limits, much like wifi, 3G and 4G.
