Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Premier Steven Marshall have made a joint announcement today about the $145 million dollar infrastructure spend.
It is one of 13 “shovel-ready” road safety projects as part of a wider $1.5 billion Federal infrastructure funding boost to create jobs, improve road safety and rebuild Australia’s economy after the COVID-19 shutdown.
The work will likely get underway between now and the end of the year.
