Police are still on the lookout for a stolen blue Volkswagen Amarok utility after arresting two suspects over the theft.
On Tuesday 28 January, patrols spotted the car at a Murray Bridge service station and attempted to stop it but the driver allegedly evaded police, last seen heading east on Old Princes Highway.
Checks revealed the car was stolen from a Woodville address earlier in January.
Over the next few days, the vehicle was seen on a number of occasions in the Murray Bridge area allegedly being driven erratically.
Following an investigation, on Saturday 1 February, Police attended a Tailem Bend address where they located and arrested the two residents, a 34-year-old man and 28-year-old woman.
The suspects were charged with illegal use, theft and dangerous driving to cause a police pursuit. The pair was refused police bail to appear in court on Monday 3 February.
