An alleged daylight robber who threatened staff this morning with a knife at a Mount Barker liquor store has been arrested.
Police were called to the store on McLaren Street around 9:30am, after a man left with a bottle of alcohol and a small amount of cash.
Mount Barker patrols attended and quickly located a suspect, a 42-year-old man of no fixed place, on nearby Morphett Street.

He was placed under arrest and has now been charged with aggravated robbery.
The stolen goods were also recovered nearby.
