An exciting opportunity has become available for an Employment Consultant who is enthusiastic and passionate about empowering jobseekers to find employment.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Employment Consultant works with local employers to meet their workforce needs and match our clients to the right job. The Employment Consultant is responsible for assisting jobseekers into employment, providing career guidance, marketing, and support post-employment.

The right candidate will be a team player who can be counted on to help us reach our goals through our One Team approach.



We Need



Ideally, the successful applicant will have extensive Employment Services Industry experience, and;



· Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

· Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with pressure and adverse situations;

· Performance driven with proven ability to meet individual and team KPI’s whilst maintaining high standards of compliance;

· Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients, employers and the community;

· Proven ability to identify, pitch and secure new business;

· Demonstrated administration and technological skills;

· A current and valid driver’s licence.





This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check, a DCSI Child-related and Disability Services Employment Screen Check.



Applicants must have the right the work in Australia and provide supporting documentation.
