And to make it easier for customers to help provide vital support to communities across Australia in their time of need, Coles Express, Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars are joining forces with Coles supermarkets and are now accepting donations for the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund.
Temporary bushfire accommodation at U City Accessible Serviced Apartments
understands that many people in our community have been affected and displaced.
Finding temporary accommodation during this time can be difficult. Uniting Communities
is making its U City Accessible Serviced Apartments available at no charge for people
requiring temporary accommodation during this devastating period.
These purpose-built apartments are especially well-suited to people living with disability,
fitted with different accessible features that can cater to low, medium and high-physical

The Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery, who are supporting thousands of people in recovery hubs by providing first aid, food, water and relief items as well as psychological assistance and emergency grants;
The Salvation Army Bushfire Appeal, who are providing crucial emotional and material support to firefighters, volunteers and evacuees;
RSPCA’s Bushfire Appeal, who are on the ground helping all fire-affected animals preparing for long-term rescue and rehabilitation efforts.

Following the devastating bushfires a group of Adelaide artists have banded together to assist with the recovery efforts being made on behalf of our wildlife and their habitats.
All proceeds (100%) from sales will be donated to the following groups to assist with their work in rehabilitation and recovery of our bush lands and wildlife:
Kangaroo Island Land for wildlife
Trees for Life
Benefit Concert - Birdwood (National Motor Museum)
There will be a live music concert, a generous gift from high calibre local musicians and entertainers; an Adelaide Hills showcase where businesses, operators and producers affected by the recent bushfires can showcasing and selling their wares; and a pop-up Recovery Centre that will provide information and assistance on health and community services available to aid the recovery process. The main driver for the event is to raise funds for the community recovery and we hope people will be generous.
The event is supported by Hon John Gardner MP, Member for Morialta and Minister for Education, and Rebekha Sharkie MP, Federal Member for Mayo. The Cudlee Creek fire ground is centred in both electorates.
